Gail Barker
For over a decade, previously within the field of social services, and more recently, as the principal and founder of Stellar Coaching & Consulting, Gail Barker has supported organizations and individuals in moving themselves into their unique vision of success. The foundation of her own success has been her unwavering belief that everyone has the ability to live life on their own terms. Coupling this belief with a broad range of personal and professional experiences, she now leads the Stellar team in supporting professional women in management who are feeling overwhelmed, as they work to reclaim lives of balance, fulfillment and passion.
As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a founding member of CoachesCanada, Gail “walks her talk” in her life, successfully balancing her various roles as the mother of Jacob and Olivia, wife of Scott, Certified Professional Life Coach, consultant, motivational speaker, author and confident woman in her own right. She enjoys spending time with her family, laughing with her children, quiet time reading and is a big fan of afternoon naps. Gail loves and lives life to the fullest, knowing that, in the words of Lucy Maud Montgomery, “it’s not what the world has to offer, but what you bring to it” that really matters.

Gail Nielsen
Gail Nielsen is a professional life coach, executive coach, counsellor, author and musician. She is registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Gail earned a Master’s degree from the University of Windsor (Ontario, Canada) in 1997. In her thesis, on the philosophy of medicine, she explored the relationship between metaphysics, modern physics and holistic medical interventions, and the powerful influence that the mind and thoughts have on the way we live.
In 2005, Gail established The MOVE MOUNTAINS Group, a pioneering executive coaching and consulting firm. The company provides a wide range of life and business coaching services to CEO’s, executives and managers who feel stressed or unfulfilled in their work or private lives, and who are ready to use their successes to change the world. Gail also “coaches the coaches” on how to turn meager practices into thriving coaching companies. Her forthcoming book is entitled $pritual Coa-ch-ching!™– Filling Your Practice, Filling Your Life, Using the Powerful Principles of Abundance-Coaching.
Gail finds coaching others, and being coached, exhilarating. She loves good, organic food, especially when shared around the table with good organic friends and she’s grateful to live in the beautiful Ontario countryside with her husband, Campbell, and her little son, Elijah.
